Monthly aerial progress records for Tayside construction sites

Flown on a saved route, so every month is like-for-like.

AI-generated aerial image of a housing site part-way through construction: finished roofed houses, timber frames, open foundations, a haul road and site cabins.
AI-generated image, not a real site. Photos from our own flights will replace it.
  • Weekend flying: no work stoppage on site
  • Same saved route every month, so images line up
  • Pilot keeps the aircraft in sight for the whole flight

Construction progress

A 12-visit programme with a fixed window each month. Annotated stills, a short flythrough and a progress PDF.

Most progress photos are taken from wherever someone happened to be standing. We fly a saved route over your site, at the same heights and positions every visit, so this month’s images line up with last month’s. The result is a record you can put in a client report, a funder update or a dispute file without explaining why the angles don’t match.

What a monthly report looks like

Each visit produces the same set of views from the same positions, a short written summary of visible change, and a month-on-month comparison.

Route
v1 · view 03
AI-generated top-down image of a housing site at an early stage: plots marked out, a few foundation slabs, a curving haul road.
Visit 01 · view 03
AI-generated top-down image of a housing site at a later stage: most plots with walls or frames and several houses roofed.
Visit 03 · view 03
  • Plots north of the haul road: walls or frames now visible on most plots (marked out only at visit 01).
  • South-west corner: several houses now roofed.
  • Haul road and site cabins: unchanged since visit 01.

AI-generated images, not a real site, and not a true like-for-like pair: the dates and observations are made up to show the layout. Real repeat flights will replace them.
