Scheduled block inspections, so you have a dated record of each roof before deciding what work to commission.
A clear look at the roof, chimneys and gutters before you call a roofer.
Large roofs, units and estates, quoted per site.
Numbered markers on anything visible worth a closer look, with a short caption for each.
The images, the observations and a plain-English summary, ready to forward to your roofer or factor.
A drone gets close views of ridges, valleys, chimneys, flashings and gutters in a single visit, without anyone going onto the roof. For a tenement or a block of flats, that means one visit covers the whole roofline, and the images are dated for your records.
It's a visual record of what can be seen from the air on the day of the visit. It isn't a structural survey, a Home Report or a RICS building survey, and we don't give an opinion on structural integrity. If we see something worth a closer look, we'll say where it is and suggest you ask a roofing contractor or chartered surveyor.
