Reval Air is run by Daniil Sergejev, a Dundee-based mechanical engineer who flies at weekends.
Who flies
Daniil Sergejev is a mechanical engineer based in Dundee. Every flight is flown by Daniil Sergejev personally, with the aircraft kept in sight for the whole flight. Most work happens at weekends, which is why construction visits don’t interrupt your site.
How we work
- Every site is checked against the official drone airspace map before we quote. Where a site needs air traffic permission (for example near Dundee Airport), we apply for it and only fly if it’s given.
- We fly a DJI Air 3S in the Open category (A1), within visual line of sight.
- Weather decides the day. We fly only when wind, rain and visibility are within our limits.
- Reports describe what is visible. They don’t give structural opinions.
- People and number plates are removed or blurred before anything is delivered or published.
